Let your pet inspect the tool first. Begin with a short session on a calm area of dry coat, away from the face.

Use gentle passes in the direction of hair growth. Work one small section at a time and never force through a mat.

Power off the tool, empty the collected fur and debris, remove hair from the comb teeth and wipe the exterior clean.
